La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lancaster

We booked at this hotel because they allowed cats and we unexpectedly picked up two cats during our travels out of state. Everything went smoothly until we arrived in our room. The bed was unmade and all of the bedding was throw on the floor. It was clear housekeeping had not finished this room. The staff, however, did not hesitate to switch our rooms. They were extremely helpful! I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed overnight for a quick visit to the Amish country. Location was excellent being in the center of famous and worthwhile places to see. Staff were great and friendly! Food was good but it would have been better to have more hot food choices. Our 2nd floor bedroom had comfortable beds. Although the room is clean, the furnitures and fixtures needs an update in my opinion. Same with the front lobby furnitures and furnishings. A good lobby makeover would make it look alive and more appealing . Would go back if they offer reasonable, discounted rates, but would not come back and pay for a regular accommodation rate.

We had a really nice room,and the staff is amazing. We where there for my granddaughters birthday. Sabrina had the room decorated and the door . Everyone kept wishing her a happy birthday. The breakfast room was always fully stocked and ready. Thank you Alisha we love you. The cleaning staff are all so friendly, Amanda took care of our room and put any decoration that fell down back up . Can't wait to see the new renovations this summer. Thank you all!!!!

I can’t say enough good about our stay here. The staff were helpful and kind. The room was a nice room and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a large counter space (which I prefer), was clean and had a nice walk in shower. And the lobby was decorated for fall, very nicely! The desk clerk told me they hire someone come to do it. I was impressed. There was a bus load of people leaving about the same time as us and the person doing the breakfast kept up with the crowd. Thank you for the nice stay.

I was very pleased with this La Quinta. My wife and I shared a king suite; our grandkids were in a double queen across the hall. The staff were a delight in making the room arrangements and in service. Our room was the best arrangement we’ve had at any Wyndham hotel stay. Couch, three chairs, coffee table and desk. The tv worked well. The bathroom was average with no in-shower soaps. The couch fabric was very worn. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel looked and smelled clean and fresh. Average free breakfast but with excellent canned fruit bowl and a clever automatic pancake maker.

The entire staff couldn't have be more helpful and the hotel was so clean and comfortable! Luke at the front desk had the best recommendations and was so super professional and kind. It was so nicely decorated for the fall season. The complimentary breakfast was far best to any place we have ever stayed. I have already recommended La Quinta to everyone of my friends and family. We will most definitely be revisiting yearly. I recommend this place if you are looking for cleanliness and a close proximity to all fun things to do! We couldn't have been happier! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Such wonderful and welcoming staff members! They were so happy and pleasant... from the moment Mrs. Paula cheched us in ..Every person that I walked by said, "good morning." My daughter left her childhood stuffed animal in a room and when I called Mrs. Paula, she was so helpful and compassionate about the situation. She looked high and low and was able to find it while we were on the phone. Awesome staff! Clean rooms. We will be staying here again! Thank you Mrs. Paula I hope your company realizes how much you are an asset to them

Hotel location was great, staff was wonderful. Hotel was decorated for nicely for Christmas. The breakfast is a sad state of affairs, don't plan on a variety or great tasting food. Was there 7 days and they had the same watery scrambled eggs and corned beef hash everyday, donuts were stale the 2 times I tried them. They do have yogurt, pancakes and coffee/tea 24/7. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to breakfast.
